Twentieth Television and Classmates.com Reunite People in the New Regional Test Show, Classmates

Regional Test Strip Will Air on Select FOX O&O's, Beginning June 30th

LOS ANGELES, CA AND RENTON, WA - Apr 21, 2003 - Twentieth Television is joining forces with one of the largest online communities in the world, Classmates.comŽ, for its newest half-hour strip, Classmates, which will launch on select FOX owned and operated stations June 30th. The announcement was made jointly today by Bob Cook, President & Chief Operating Officer, Twentieth Television and Mike Smith, President and CEO, Classmates Online, Inc.

"Classmates.com has more than 35 million members, and our show,Classmates will give real people the chance to reunite with old flames, long-lost friends and even rivals," stated Mr. Cook. "Since one of the people being reunited won't know who is trying to contact them, the nervous tension leading up to the reunion, and the results afterward, are sure to keep viewers interested and engaged."

"Classmates.com is about connecting people who want to rediscover irreplaceable relationships, get second chances, meet new people and reconnect with people from their past," added Mr. Smith. "Twentieth Television and our team of executive producers are the ideal partners who enable Classmates.com members to share touching real-life stories through Classmates."

Classmates will be a half-hour strip where people in search of past loves, long-lost friends and acquaintances will get to surprise their former friends, lovers, schoolmates or colleagues and get the reunion they've longed for...for better or worse. Unlike other television shows, Classmates makes it possible for virtually anyone to become a TV star. Every person who has attended high school, had a job or served in the military can go online to Classmates.com, register and submit their real-life stories to be considered for Classmates. In a recent survey conducted by Classmates Online at Classmates.com, more than 43% of respondents said they were interested in watching a Classmates television show featuring the lives of past schoolmates and colleagues.

David Armour will serve as Executive Producer and showrunner, in concert with Executive Producers Matt Papish and Glen Freyer.

Classmates will be produced by Classmates Online, Inc., Pipeline Entertainment and Small Cages Productions, Inc. in association with Foxlab and Twentieth Television, Inc.
