Diane's Story
Life
Hello fellow classmates. My husband and I have been married since 1996 and own a home in East Islip. We have a beautiful daughter and recently welcomed her brother home from the hospital.

Just an update. I resigned from my position as an Account Manager in Sales and am now a full time mother. It's not easy by any means but alot of fun! We went to Disneyworld this past March with friends of ours and had such a wonderful time. It was nice to have this whole summer off to go to the beach, the city etc and just have fun. I do plan on finishing my degree when the kids are in school to resume my career or pursue another field.
2/13/08-Right now I'm still home with my children and hope to add to the brood soon. The environment is important to me and we recycle as much as possible. Ideally in the future I would like to live in a less populated area that esteems the land and all it has to offer. I'm vegetarian trying to go vegan.
As far as vacations this year we are hitting Great Wolf Lodge next month and Hershey in the summer. We also go into Manhattan as much as possible and to museums, beach and local parks.
June, 2008.
The Great Wolf Lodge was "great"! We enjoyed it very much. We are headed to Hershey Park next month, Fire Island to visit friends in August and possibly Universal Orlando at Christmastime unless gas is too expensive as we plan on driving.
Summer is here, Beach!!!!!!

We recently got back from Hershey...Expand for more
park and Dutch Wonderland. It was so much fun although extremely hot!!! I finally saw real Amish people. I was so excited. Next trip-to the city for Christmas and a Broadway show.
A pedicure, walk or a good book and of course a great vacation is how I relax.
My father and grandmother are my heroes. They both lived through the great depression and in doing so I know that I can achieve anything that I set my mind to.
I've lived in the United States and spent summers in Germany with my grandmother who will be 95 this month. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to do so.
Through my children I've learned to love them unconditionally.
I don't dress like I did in high school but I aspire to dress more sophisticated like Stacey London and less like a mother.
The weirdest job I ever had was being a greeter at Ikea. How boring. I guess if I got paid more I wouldn't mind so much. I asked to be switched to the warehouse.
If I could do high school again I would have been less shy and joined the drama club. Also, I would have dated the boys that I wanted to (the nice ones!) and not the ones my friends wanted me to. Unfortunately I turned a few down that I still to this day regret.
In 10 years, I hope to be the healthiest and happiest I've ever been. I'm going to get there by living healthy and enjoying my children and my life.
My first job was at burger king, where I got paid 3.40/hr to make burgers. What I remember most about it is it was so much fun.
