Mark's Story
Life
Life has taken me to several places throughout the years. Starting out in the San Diego area, my folks moved us to Redmond, WA. After High School there and a couple years of community college, I couldn't stay away from San Diego, so back I went for another 3 year stay. Bribed by my family to move back to the Seattle area, I managed to get my bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering.
It was there that I got married in '89. Work took us to Denv...Expand for more
er, CO for three years, and it was a layoff that took us to Sioux Falls, SD...South Dakota??? What was I thinking? With no children and nothing in common, we wound up divorcing in 2005.
You can take the boy from San Diego, but you can never take San Diego from the boy. After 30 years and thousands of miles, I find myself back home.
The old addage says 'You can never go home'...that is a load. I am the happiest I have been in years. I love it here. :)
