Jessica's Story
Life
Hi everybody. My life is presently normal. Married with 2 boys. My days revolve around my kids and husband and their schedules. No more children planned for the future - unless life brings more surprises - my hands are pretty full & I am very content.
My oldest son started 3rd Grade this year - he is in a very good Christian School here in Sydney, and my other son is turning 5. He will start school next year and is in preschool and will begin soccer.
I have the most beautiful kids in the world, but boys can wear you out!!
We have our house up for sale at the moment. We've been in the same place for the past 9 years. It's time to upgrade to a bigger place in a better neighbourhood. Prayers & fingers crossed this transition will happen smoothly...
I am not presently working. I run a household, help with running a playgroup ministry at our church and squeeze in gym visits between all the other daily things to do.
Not much else has changed. Living in the same house, same city, have been home to the US twice which was nice, got to catch up with loved ones, and school friends who I had lost touch with - hope you guys are well! :-) (and have since lost touch with again).

retty short. During high school I was the drive thru chick for Five Dock MacDonald's - did that for 3 years, through college too, not the greatest of jobs but was flexible to fit around the other things in my life.
First full time job out of college was Debt Collection & Event Co-ordinator for a medium sized Sydney Law Firm, Cutler Hughes & Harris. Was in that job for a year and a half. I really enjoyed the social side of this job, it really didn't feel like work - but needed to move on to something that paid better (out of necessity).
Was next employed by Deutsche Bank Financial Planning as their receptionist, enjoyed this job, but wasn't busy enough and wanted more responsibility, so was promoted to Personal Assistant to one of the partners there after 3 months, and stayed in this position until leaving to have my first child.
Since motherhood I have not returned to full time work, and have only worked casually on the odd occasion. My husband has his own business and I help with that when needed.
Will probably be in the work force again when both kids are in school but probably not in the fields where I have worked before, will probably be helping my husband's business more, or just doing something totally new.
