Shana's Story
Life
HOWDY! I've been in Washington, DC since graduating from high school in 1982. I'm single and loving life! I travel quite a bit in the continental US and a few islands.
I have two cats, Tango (female) and Zee (male). They are quite entertaining and good company for me.
I was a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church (Dr. H. Beecher Hicks, Sr. Servant) for twenty-years before I started learning about Metaphysics, Ancient Egypt, the Tarot, and the Tetragrammaton.
While at Metropolitan I was active as a Prayer Partner, sang in the Young and Adult Fellowship Ensemble Choir member, was an active member of the Street Ministry, Sunday School, School of Prophets, and a participant various Bible Study classes.

questioned, "Why is Christianity the ONLY way? Why are other beliefs supposedly wrong?" This lead me to read and study on my own to a greater awareness of who I am and who god REALLY is!
In 2004 I celebrated my 40th Birthday at the beach on the Outer Banks of NC in DUCK! I'd never been to a beach in NC and thought it would be great to hang out there. And it was FANTABULOUS. We went back every year up until 2008.
In 2010, my brother and I celebrated my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary with close family and friends. It was a GRAND time!
Currently, I am a Business Analyst with a private company that has several government contracts.
Life is Busy; God is Good. Peace and Mad Love from the District of Columbia. Look forward to seeing my classmates and other West Charlotte Alumni when the universe ordains such time.
