Mark's Story

Life I'll just be brief. Despite all my background and education, I've always just wanted to be a singer in a rock band, albeit a rich and famous singer in a best-selling band. Well, I'm on the way there. School This part is really ridiculous. I went to kindergarten in Marshall County, 1-4 grade at Reidland Elementary, 5th grade was spent at 3 different schools: Reidland, Dillard (in Georgia), and Clark Elementary. 6-8th grade was at Paducah Middle School. Freshman year in high school was at Tilghman, Heath, and Lone Oak, and then I managed to spend the last 3 years at Lone Oak and successfully graduated from there. What a mess. College This is very boring. I spent 1 year at PCC since I didn't know what the h*ll I wanted to do. I spent another 4 years at Georgetown pretty much just wasting away. I finally graduated with 2 majors and 4 minor...Expand for more
s. Pretty ridiculous. But I took WAY more classes each semester than I ever should have. I don't know what I was trying to prove. College just came at the wrong time for me. I hated studying and I had no aim. Now I love to study topics and take a myriad of classes at UCLA. Workplace How best to say this without being boring? I graduated from Georgetown in 1995 and worked for a year and a half in Lexington when I realized that there was nothing left for me in Kentucky. I abandoned my entire life, friends, and family, and moved to Los Angeles to do what everyone else in L.A. does...get into the entertainment biz. So after almost 8 years out here I've played nearly all the Hollywood clubs. And since that doesn't pay very well, I started my own coporation doing consulting work during the day.
