Life Hello, you knew me as Amy Ottens in high school. My last name is McIlvenna now. I am a registered nurse. I moved to Indianapolis in 1985. I joined the Indiana National Guard in 1994 where I was a First Lieutenent. I am in the Army Nurses Corps. I have 2 children. Kamelia born in 1988. She just had a little girl in June. Her name is Amaya Lynette Kim. she lives in Rowena, Oregon. My other daughter is Alexandra she was born in 1990. She lives in Indianapolis where my mom and my brother still live. I got remarried May 20th 2005. My husbands name is Gavin. He is an Oregon State Trooper. He is on the SWAT team and is a member of the Honor Guard for Oregon State Police. He was a sniper/paratrooper in the Army. He was also a Tomb Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. You can see a picture of us at the tombguard website under the name Gavin McIlvenna. Alex and I moved to Hood River, Oregon in June 2006. We live about 60 miles east of Portland on the Columbia River. Hood River is famous for Wind Surfing. I am working at a same day surgery center in The Dalles, Oregon. I was working at a level 1, 800 bed trauma hospital in downtown Indianapolis.
