Life
Hey! What can I say? I've worked hard, have two wonderful kids, and have the respect of my co-workers and the field in which I work. Let start with working hard. I got my GED and then four years later went to college. I graduated in four years flat with my BS from the University of Florida and began working in stem cell research. I've got one first author paper and four others on which I worked published. I am currently in graduate school working on my masters in medical sciences....Expand for more
And there you have the reason behind the respect I recieve from my colleages. Next, my beautiful kids, 13 and 8. Into the teen years we come with no big blow-ups yet and only a little jealousy from the younger, but essentially we're the three musketeers. And without belittling him, I have a wonderful boyfriend (boy?) who really has shown me what it means to have someone cherish and respect you in all things. I've come a long way and will go a lot further alogn with my kids and partner!
