Michael's Story
Workplace
I've been self-employed since 1993. For 13 years, I had my own massage therapy business. During that time, I expanded it to the point of employing 9 other people and running it as a massage therapy center.
In 2005, I decided to simplify life and get rid of the 90 hour work weeks. I closed the massage center and went back into private practice for massage.
In 2006, I started accepting ...Expand for more
consulting clients for non-massage businesses. That "side-business" exploded to where I am now a full-time copywriter and marketing consultant.
I am able to work from home and spend as much time as I want with my family and my friends. Life is good and I have no complaints.
Meet my wife Sarah in 2002 and we got married in Oct 2004. We have 2 kids now, a girl born in 2006 and a boy born in 2008.
