Renae's Story
Life
Since leaving Sioux Valley I have had a few changes in my life. I moved to New York City in 1985. I have been steadily employed since that time working for two companies. I have been able to continue to use my German speaking skills since I work for Helaba NY a German bank with a branch in New York.
I married in 1987 a native New Yorker. We now live in the suburbs with our two children a boy born 1993 ...Expand for more
and a girl born 1995. We also have a dog. To facilitate child care with two careers we have live-in help.
Every couple of years we drive out to the Midwest to see my parents and take a little vacation.
Just an ordinary life.
Update 5/2/2007 - Tragedy has struck and my daughter born 1995 died unexpectedly due to a rare disease on March 24, 2007. We miss her terribly and are trying to get on with our lives.
