William's Story
Life after Ambassador, Mid Cities Baptist, and Bell High Schools, I was the guitarist/vocalist for the rock band Hejira, who made two CDs in the late 1970s. I officially changed my name from my birth name of William Tucker to my stage name of Michael Taylor in July 1980. ce from the University of Missouri Kansas City. I am now a Professor of History. Who would have thought that with my reputation as a hellion that I would end up teaching. I have been happily married since March 1987, with two children, one deceased. My first book, "On the Tinge of the Tempest," is set to be published next year, and I am currently working on a biography of Zeppo Marx, the straight-man of the Four Marx Brothers comedy team.
