Betty's Story
After graduation from high school, I attended Texas Southern University and obtained a degree in Economics. I wonder who influenced me to do this. I obtained a job in the oil industry and worked for the next 25 and half years at Texas Eastern Transmission Corp. and Conoco Oil Company. I am not retired, and doing what I love to do. ty, either in church, volunteer work prior to retirement. So what better way to past the time away. I only work when I feel like it, and I enjoy working in my church ministry, Christian Education.
I have been married to the same great man for over 47 years. What is the use of changing when you get one broken in. We were blessed to have a great daughter.
I love to read and listen to smooth jazz or spiritual music. I also love to travel.
