February 2014: The wonderful 4 month fling from end of summer through most of last Dec is kaput! LOL. I did feel like the prom queen there for a while and had so much fun so I'm still smiling. 44 Yr old daughter is still having medical issues. Passing out without understanding why. Ruled out her heart. Has new appointment coming up with an endocrinologist next.. Relieved it's not heart, but still concerned. Great nephew's trial ended yesterday. Very serious and I attended all days. Jury is now deliberating.
December 11, 2013. Just posted newpicture taken on last birthday;Oct 2013. Looking forward to Christmas party on Dec. 14th. Seeing new guy since I returned from Hawaii. He's even more into music than me. Good match so far!, but I'm nearly 4 yrs younger than him! Who'd have thunk it back in the day, eh! ;-)
Sept 8, 2013. Just got home this past weekend from 7 day trip to Kauai with my 14 yr old grandson. He loved everything, I especially liked the helipcopter ride over the entire island.
Had a great summer romance, but seems to be cooling now. Yes at our age you can still feel 17 again. It was an amazing surprise, but like most wonderful things in life, the time is past now. I'm on Facebook as Judy Duvall in Seal Beach, Ca. Same pic as above as it's the latest. Friend me, but be preparred for my very strong Conservative Republican rantings! If you're a classic progressive/liberal, don't bother. You'll hate it. LOL

May 2013. Spent 3 week tour and river cruise in Russia and the Ukraine in 2011. Hawaii last November. Life is good, but had a near death emergency surgery and many complications resulting in 5 week hospitalization in March and April. Thinking hard about going to the reunion, I think it's July without looking it up. Love Seal Beach and Leisure World where I live. Sign me JA Duvall. as I've never like people to know my gender by looking at my name. ;-)
2008 ===I happily retired last year (2007) from Northrop Grumman Space Technology in Redondo Beach. My passion in life is letting my daughter and son-in-love go out on a date once a week so that I can have a date with my main man: Bradley Matson; the most impressive 9 year old boy in the world! ma's boy, he's a grandma's boy. He's, therefore I am too, heavy into dirt biking. No, I just watch him and we talk "Travis Pastrana", etc. I'm thrilled that his mom and dad are making the financial sacrifice to send him to a super Christian School in Redondo Beach, CA. I'm living in Liesure World or as daughter calls it: "Siezure World" in Seal Beach. Hated it in begining, now love it. Not home a lot, though, but it takes care of itself.
Volunteering and political action groups on the conservative side of politics are my passion and working hard to elect my gal! Sing in my Welsh Choir and we've toured Wales and sang in U. S. National Cathedral and British Embassy in Wash. D.C. In late June we did a Northwest tour to Seattle, Vancouver and Victoria, Canada. After the tour we took an Alaskan cruise out of Vancouver for 7 days and it was spectacular. Especially the College Fjords! Flying back out of Ankorage the view from the plane window was something indescrible!
My brother, Jim Hoffman (S. 1952), still rides 2 Harleys and 1 BMI in rally's all the time. He recently purchased another home in Lago Vista, Texas and I may try and go see him soon although he comes back to his home in Chino for several months at a time.
Still frequently see dear friends Carol Knapton and Mary Ann Eady. Close friend Janet McNamara passed away from cancer at age 51. Still miss her.
Have a best girl friend with whom I frequently travel. She's like a sister and we laugh and say we are waiting for the "brothers" to show up in our lives. As we make no effort at all to meet them, I guess we must think they will decend from the clouds and sweep us off our feet! Tee hee. She plans on retiring next year, so then, should the portfolio recover, we can go as often together as we'd like.
Been to Istanbul, Ephesus, Turkey and Greece one week after 911 happended. Best time to go was then! Big dream is to someday visit Kiev, Moscow, St. Petersburg and take a Russian River Cruise and especially Australia and New Zealand. Like to go back to other places as well. Just like to go!!!! This summer was fun as in addition to the Northwest Tour of Wash and Canada and then the cruise to Alaska, I went to a wedding in Sedona, and also had 5 days up at Lake Tahoe.
