Christopher's Story
Life
I think that life is a persistent state of managed discord. It has been that way most of my life, starting with my messy room as a kid. Now that I share that room with my lovely wife, it can no longer be in as much discord as it once was.
We have three awesome kids. Christiana (2/7/99), Zachary (6/21/01) and Benjamin (5/23/03). I figured that it would be best to have as many children before the ages of 30 so that we were not going to high school graduations in our 50Âs and 60Âs. It seemed to get this part of our lives behind us as soon as possible. I think that we have taken some opposition for our beliefs since most of our peers are DINKS (dual income, no kids). It does not seem to be very common to have three plus kids anymore, be younger than 30 and doing something with your life. Kids have been made to equal poverty. And while they are completely dependant on their parents, I feel that societal norms dissuade people from having any more than one child, waiting until they are over 40, or none at all. We are blessed to have three.

cause it would drive me nuts to be with the kids day in and out. To that end, she enjoys the challenges of raising three children, teaching them, and managing our home. It is a full time job in its own.
We met many years ago bowling in Pittsburgh. One thing led to another, and we have been together ever since. She is simply irresistible. Sylvia Lee Folks and I were married on November 30th 1996. We have lived in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Cleveland, and Columbus, Ohio.
We spend our time enjoying movies, parks, biking, gardening and building arts and crafts. Christiana enjoys playing the piano, drawing, and riding her bicycle. Zachary likes to take walks with his dad, play with his cars, and listening to books being read to him. Benjamin is just getting started with all of this. He likes listening to music, watching Veggie Tales, listening to books with his brother, destroying and eating the Sunday newspaper, and being with his momma. Sylvia enjoys peace and quiet, movies, eating at Middle Eastern restaurants, reading about religious topics, and politics. I enjoy computers, riding my bike, parks, and music.
