Cheryl's Story
Married for the 2nd time now for almost 30 years. I have raised 6 kids and enjoy them all, 3 I gave birth to, and the others I was blessed with co-parenting. Have 12 grand kids, five are great grandchildren. Enjoy social and business life in Prescott Valley, AZ and in Phoenix. Retired leadership and training coach, and enjoyed executive management within trade associations - now consulting on my own. I was active in the community in Indianapolis where I lived and worked for 30 yrs; moved to Phoenix in 2006 and Prescott Valley in 2018. I really enjoy our class reunions and getting a chance to see people that were a part of my life that feel like extended family. I love bike riding outdoors, technology, reading, writing, coaching and developing programs to help others get where they want to be in life.
My career spans business development, executive management, marketing, HR, operations, training, coachi...Expand for more
ng, business finance and non-profit trade associations.. I am grateful for my life and family and where I am today..
The wildest thing I ever did in school was to drive to Louisville one Saturday evening with my Dad's car and no permission. My friend Linda and I thought it was some great adventure.
My hero was my Dad from business to personal/family he was a rock star. He taught me many things about business and relationships that translate to who I am today, I was blessed with him as my Dad.
The teachers I would like to connect with are Constance Gill and Earl Prout. Ms. Gill because she made the difference in me to be able to make a living as a speaker and trainer. Mr. Prout gave me a wide range of music appreciation and terrific self discipline.
I think growing up in Seymour was probably the best thing I could have had with so many wonderful neighbors and friends that are dear to me still today.
