Brenda's Story
Life
Well, I attended the U of D for 2-1/2 years with the goal of becoming a teacher and moving to Australia. Ran out of money for school and ended up taking a job as a messenger. Moved from that to an office job in Wilmington. Discovered that I loved the outdoors, camping and backpacking and went on many memorable trips with friends from Dickinson and McKean High Schools. D. Worked in IT support and training at Gore until 1991 when I left my full time job to consult and raise my two beautiful girls. Had a brief encounter with television "stardom" (hee hee) in 2001 by competing in the first season of The Amazing Race. Now I have my own consulting business and spend my time driving my youngest around and keeping up with day to day life. For fun I like traveling, going to Blues Music Fests, bicycling, kayaking, camping and sailing. I love my life and enjoy celebrating it with others.
