Hi! We had a close call in October with the Witch Creek Fire and surrounding fires. I had to evacuate 3 different times with my 6 horses and 9 others I picked up along the way. It was very scary. My husband stayed at our house to protect it, which I thought was crazy, and I was finally pushed out to Fiesta Island. We were very lucky as our house was fine and no one in our family was injured. My 2 boys are grown and on their own. I am excited to be a grandmother soon. Rick, my oldest son and his wife Cassie are expecting their first child. Austin, my younger son has graduated Art school with his AA and is continuing to get his BA this year. He loves it and is studying graphic arts, animation all the computer art stuff. My step son Ryan and his wife Kim are both out of the Air Force now, but still in the reserves as Captains and hope to start their own family soon. My husband Reed and I have 2 dogs and 6 horses.
