I retired from the NC Administrative Office of the Courts in December 2020 and I'm now loving life in beautiful Alamogordo, New Mexico. I am blessed to be surrounded by the Sacramento Mountains, Cloudcroft and Ruidoso in the desert environment that I've always loved. White Sands National Park is 15 minutes from our home where the sunsets over the Organ Mountains are second to none. After graduation from high school I married and had two children, both boys, Cliff and Jeremy, who are grown. I married my second husband, Tommy, in December 1995. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September 2009 and faced his illness with a positive attitude and continued to live life to the fullest for four years, but on July 19, 2013 he lost his battle. Tommy was an incredible man and he will always be loved and missed. I worked for 15 years as a paralegal in a law office, but was laid off in May 2009 when the office closed.
