The only real change since 2008 is that my second marriage is coming to an end after 22 years. I'm going back to NY soon to take care of my mom, but I'm not sure if it will be permanent.

So what should I tell you? I'm happily remarried, 9/10/09 it will be 15 years).
I work in a children's hospital. Victor and I are active church members, (I still play flute and sing).
Living in Minnesota isn't nearly as bad as you might think. We've been here since 2003 and while it's intense at times to live in such a big city, I like it. We inherited a house, (a handyman special in a historic neighborhood).

ally dinner and a movie or hanging out with friends. There's lot's of coffee houses and cool restaurants in Saint Paul, and I don't spend much time in Minneapolis, but I've heard there's nice ones there too. And yes, I have shopped at The Mall of America... it's a lotta fun!
I spend time online when I can, looking up all kinds of stuff (collecting recipes and trading cooking tips, freecycling, looking at pictures taken by the various space telescopes, surfing the net). I still like to read, mostly non-fiction and Christian stuff. I still have some pen pals.
Currently, that's my life, stressful at times but happy and relatively healthy (and I hope yours is too). Grace & Peace~Lisa
