Linda's Story
Life
I worked in the Operating Room as a OR tech........enjoyed my years in Heidelberg and remember allot of good times and fun....sort of like high school years for me....growing pains. But met many nice people while stationed there and would like to get in touch with some. Am a grandma now and retired.......have 4 children one daughter and 3 boys ( 2 sons were in the Navy but now one is in college and the other is married and working for the the Department of Defense in San Diego.) Another son is a teacher. I have 5 gran...Expand for more
dchildren and more to come. Live in the south but my heart is still in the north....am in fairly good health and have been blest along the way. Heidelberg was a beautiful place to be stationed........found out investigating "The Family Tree" that I have relatives still living in Heidelberg........wish I had known that when I was there. Might have stayed for awhile. It took me two years or more to stop my grieving of leaving that beautiful city. Now I know why........roots. Will be happy to hear from anyone and reminisce.
