Kathleen's Story
Life
I graduated from St Joe's Grammer school in 1974 and then IHA in 1978. I graduated from HNH Nursing School in 1981, then got my BSN from Coe College in Iowa. I went to Hunter-CUNY for my MSN for several years but never completed. I completed my MBA in Healthcare at Monmouth University in 2002 & am now completing my MSN in Administration at Monmouth University (graduate in 2009!)
My Mom died in 1986 and weeks later I met Danny who I married in 1988. We have 2 great kids and live at the Jersey Shore. My Dad passed in 2001, he didn't live to see the horrer of 9/11. Thank God!My "little"brother is married & living in NW Jersey with my wonderful sis in...Expand for more

I worked at BPCH for 6 years and then after getting married and having my 1st child relocated closer to home at JSUMC where I have been for the past 19+ years.
After 20+ years in nursing management I switched last year to Infection Control-I find it very interseting and much less stressful. I am enjoying learning this new field and continuing my education, watching my children grow into wonderful young adults (16 and 18!!) and soon to drive off into the sunset! Danny and I are currently looking to buy where the sun always shines for winter (maybe fall & spring) months but we will always return to the Jersey Shore for our summers!
