Workplace My work includes all aspects of intellectual property law with particular emphasis on high technology patent application preparation and prosecution, licensing and enforcement counseling in the electrical, software and electronic arts. I conduct patentability, validity and infringement research and render legal opinions. Technologies have involved computer hardware and software, encryption, the Internet and e-commerce, telecommunications hardware and software, combinatorial chemistry, bioinformatics and others. I served as my firm's first U.S. on-site attorney to a major electronics manufacturer in Yokohama, Japan, and counseled client IP personnel in all aspects of U.S. Intellectual Property Law. I am admitted to bar in New York and California and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
