College
I have just graduated from the Culinary Arts Programe at Malaspina University College. It was a long hard year but I feel much better knowing that I can still stay focused long enough to see my goal through to the end. I finished with an 86% Average. Not bad for an old fart with grey hair. Ha Ha !!
Now all I have to do is convince a prospective employer that I still have what it takes to do the job. More Later.

edical leave pending surger in late November of 2005. The pain and discomfort kept getting worse until I could no longer walk let alone care for myself and my specialist expedited the surgery date to September of 2005. On September 7th I entred the hospital and had immediate surgery on my back. I spent a week in hos[pital and then I was sent home and now I am on a gentle rehabilitation program. At the present time it is doubtful that I will ever be able to return to the cooking trade or any work that requires heavy lifting. It is a wait and see thing right now. More aas it happens!
