(Phyllis) Diane's Story

Life After college and my BS and RN, I moved to Mariposa, CA just outside of Yosemite National Park where I met and married my husband, a local physician. I have three kids, Cezanne who is in Radio advertising in Denver; Rodger, an electrical engineer with MS in Electro-magnetics. He has worked on the B-2 Stealth Bomber, was lead engineer on Northrop-Grumman's part of the FA-18 Super Hornetand is now working for Lockheed Skunk Works. Tanya, the youngest is a Cellular and Molecular Biologist and has just set up a Proteomics Lab at Stanford University School of Medicine where she is doing research in juvenile diabetes. We are retired and living just north of Denver, CO. Have 7 grandchildren and enjoy them all immensely. Have travelled all over the US and Canada...Expand for more
in our Motor Home, been to Alaska and 200 miles above the Arctic Circle in the Motor Home; and to Australia-New Zealand; Israel; Uzbekistan and Europe. It's been a good life. Would love to hear from anyone. School I started high school in Tonopah, Nevada and in the middle of my Soph year moved to San Francisco where I graduated from Presentation High School. I was on staff of the first yearbook at Pres. in I don't know how long. Had a great time there and got a good education. I especially remember the Jinx and Father-Daughter Nights. Workplace After marriage, I ran the front office of my husband's medical practice. We incorporated in 1969 and I was VP and Secty. I didn't work long in actual nursing, but have always been thankful for my education.
