Mary's Story

Life Hi old friends.... This is a strange thing to do--summing up your life over the last 30 years... let's see... My husband, Pete and I have been married for 19 years in May and live just outside of Washington D.C. in a suburb of Northern Virginia. We moved here about eight years ago and love it. We live in an historic town called Clifton and our house was built in the 1800's. It's the perfect setting for us and our three children, Casey (17), Caroline (13) and Natalie (6). I have an interior decorating business that I may expand into a retail shop in the town I live in--we'll have to see how that plays out... I'...Expand for more
m totally engrossed in what I love the most, which are my kids and husband and the great friends I've kept over the years as well as the new ones I've met here in Virginia. I suppose I probably live the kind of life most people live--extraordinary for me, but ordinary by some standards. Life is good. I hope all my old friends out there are healthy and happy. I have fond memories of junior high and it's a blast to watch my middle daughter go through the same stage right now--I'd forgotten how complicated teenage girls were!
