Carolyn's Story
Life
Class reunion of 50 years will be this year.
Where has 50 years gone?
Currently I am a widow. My husband of 24 years died Nov 27, 2007. My oldest daughter, Gaylynn, died 8 months before and my 17 year old Siamese cat Pretty Girl died in Jan of 2007. Believe me, not a year that ranks high with me.
Last year in July, I went to Denver, CO, to visit with Judy (Ochse) Mattson, who lives in Littleton, CO. We had a blast.
I keep busy with my home and work. I do my churches website (I'm paid). I chair the Flower Com...Expand for more
mittee, which is a part of the Altar Guild and am at my church a good bit of my week.
Gardening is a love of mine and with all the rain we've had here in Austin, TX, it looks like spring will be wonderful. Can't wait....
I have 6 kids still living, 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Great grandchildren are fantastic and fun.
With the passing of all the years between graduation and today, it will be great to see everyone at the class reunion in Spokane, WA. I haven't been back that way since I left in 1960.
