Hi I just want to let you know a bit about myself. i lived in Manteca California, that is up by Sacramento for almost 30 years, but in 2004 moved to my dream home in Pismo Beach Ca. which is right by San luis Obispo, where i got my teaching credential. . avid is a Junior down at san diego state. I am married to June Cochran, who is an educator, and I am a realtor, having left teaching in 1994. June and I own a home in Pismo beach, over looking the ocean, and plan to move there in 2003 or '04.
