Lisa's Story
Well, let's see, right out of High school I got married, had a baby and moved to Hawaii for 3 years because my husband was in the military. I left Hawaii in 1984 when I was expecting my 2nd daughter and moved to Alabama for a year where my daughter was born. I moved back to MI in 1985 and have been here ever since. My son was born in 1987. My husband and I separated in 1997 and were divorced in Nov. 2000. My granddaughter was born in 2000 and she is the love of my life. I don't know what I would do without her. I am currently a pre- school teacher. I am considering a career change though. The problem is I don't know what I want to be when I grow up. I guess I better figure it o...Expand for more

I am a born- again Christian and strive to live a life that is pleasing to God. I know that I fail most of the time because I'm human but I try my best. My mission is to reach as many people as I can and tell them about God's love for them and His ultimate Gift- Jesus Christ- and His sacrifice on the cross for all of us. He died so that we can have everlasting life (John 3:16).
My oldest daughter is a medical assistant at a major hospital in MI, my youngest daughter is a pre-school teacher at the same school as me and my son was working at a car dealership but is currently unemployed and they are all really good kids.
