Anita's Story
Life
I don't even know where to begin! It's been so long since high school! At Biola University I met Randy Oudega on a European study semester in Germany and we were married in 1989. I began teaching in 1988 and have been involved in education ever since. In 1995 my husband and I went back to school to get Master's Degrees at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I got mine in Educational Administration and Randy got his in English literature. He is the glutton for punishment though; he is pursuing a second Master's through Middlebury College in Vermont. of this we have spend some time living on the East Coast and in Europe so that he can pursue his research. I am currently working in the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School district here in southern California. I teach fourth grade part time and direct the district's Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment program and I train experienced teachers to be mentors to new teachers. We have a 2 1/2 year old son named Skyler who is the greatest little person in the world! I would love to hear from any of you who remember me! Feel free to e-mail me any time.
