Joseph's Story

Well.....since you are here again.......my intent was not to sound like a jerk, just to state what I thought was an obvious truth that I honestly assumed most would agree with. If, however, you have a burning desire to know what I have been doing for the last 35 years just ask. I have no problem recounting all the endless nights of drunkeness and debauchery, talking about the hundreds and hundreds of concerts I have seen here and in England, my days in a garage band in the early 70's....actually it was a garage/living room band since those were the only places we ever played.....my years working in the county hospital in Miami back when we didn't even have a name for the disease but had to treat all the sick people flowing in with what become known as AIDS....during the years when Miami was referred to as the muder capital of the USA and cocaine was just as present in the hospital as it was in the street....and hanging around South Beach, the Caribbean Club in Key Largo, Calle Ocho...working down in the Keys and partying in Key West every day then going home for the weekend...I can go on and on so if you like good stories...OK. I'll share. Otherwise just read below. It is 1247 am. Jan 3rd, 2010. I just turned 55 years old. Mary is up here for a few days since it was her turn to travel. So we spent our NY in Winter Haven instead of Pompano or Lake Okeechobee. Now earlier today I decided to ...Expand for more
trade in a shotgun and purchase a Taurus "Judge". The more I look at that gun the more I want it for my carry weapon. And therein lies the difference between Winter Haven and Pompano.....other than the ocean. Neither store that sells guns locally was open..........and it got me thinking...... I had all this BS on my profile. Not being sure what people would find interesting I posted a bunch of psychobabble. Boring........not really the way I roll. I started to evaluate the things I would find interesting about others....and in all honesty....I came up blank. I mean, if we didn't remain friends after JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, why would I care, or why would you care, what either of us is doing other than mild curiosity? I went to Cardinal Gibbons in 10th grade, then back to Pompano, then dropped out, then dropped back in to BCC followed by FAU........and basically the few friends I had in Junior High I still have today.....those that are alive anyway. And I know more than I want to about what all of them are doing :) So I deleted it all and posted a bunch of pics. I find pictures to be far more interesting than a few sentences about blah blah blah. Now if you care to contact me...try putting these words together. Type the city we live in, followed by my 3 letter name, followed by a 2. add that to the website that starts with an A and bingo......we can chat. Beats posting a bunch of garbage, IMHO :)
