Mike's Story
RETIRING sometime in February 2020 AT 71.
Plan a trip south in my RV that spring.
After graduating I attended FCJC for two years.
I moved to Canada (Edmonton, AB) in 1968 where I worked for the Alberta Department of Youth for two years as a research assistant.
When the project finished I spent the next 2 years working as a law clerk for Wright, Collins and Brawl before attending N.A.I.T (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) .
My wife of 30 years, Pam, died of cancer October 2001 after a 3 year of struggle.
I have two sons, Brad (41) and Ira (39) live in Calgary, Alberta ...Expand for more
and are a production manager for an electrical controls company. and computer / IT tech. and live in Creston, BC and Calgary, AB respectively. Had my first grandbaby, Rose (Rosalin Elanore, Hazel, Dean McKeller), July 13, 2017.
Currently I have worked for the City of Courtenay Recreation department for 10 plus years.
Does anyone remember Jake Pell, Denis Boucher (65), Melin Pringle (67)?
