I am now on a VERY OLD tanker that is being refitted for the "Grain Run" to Mombasa Kenya from Houston, TX. I've been there plenty of times, in the navy and on merchant ships. Wife is asking me when I will retire, I told her never. I am seriously considering a place in tagaytay highlands, philippines. google it guys. It's cheaper than the states. the view is beautifull, and the wx is mild. Did I say the beer is cheap... San Miguel, an aquired taste.. 6mos here, 6 mos there.
