Carol's Story
I have had a very interesting life, and it gets better as I grow older. Now I'm able to play my clarinet out in public with bands which is what I ALWAYS wanted to do, but never seemed to be able to connect with the right people. Then it happened. So at age 72 I'm out in front and plan to keep on doing this as long as I can. It is so much fun, always meet new people, can travel to festivals, and more or less set my own schedule. But, I have to keep on practicing. Hope others have realized life long dreams too.
I remember:Walking the streets of Morris with Jeannette as young kids.
My first job was at Northwest Paper in Minneapolis, where I got paid $3.00 per hour to type and answer phones. What I remember most about it is We were on the top floor of the building and staring out the window and day dreaming..

Hotel. We snooped around there a lot of the time.
In 10 years, I hope to be still alive!. I'm going to get there by staying happy..
I share my home with husband, which I find okay since it is a large house!.
Still love jeans and boots.
My best friend would tell you I'm very silly, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as very quiet..
The dorm was run by a lady Hitler but we all managed to sneak out at night anyway.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the kitchen and add on a back deck. My dream home would be the same one I have only better..
My terrier Lulu is my obsession. She's almost as cute as me.
My hero is Pete Fountain. I met him in New Orleans.
Practice my clarinet. Relaxing is going for a long ride.
I always wanted to be a musician when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a BAD idea. As it turns out, they were WRONG!.
