Mark's Story
Mark and I left Memphis in 1989 for Florida because he had family down here and he was bored being born and raised in Memphis. I am from Mississippi and reluctantly went along with the idea. Mark has not been back to Memphis since 1992 when his mother died. I have been back several times, but cannot convince him to come. I really wanted him to go to the 25 year reunion, but he insisted on saving time and money for a ski trip.

ng work for one of the state agencies which allows him to explore and map the public lands of central Florida which he loves.
Our oldest daughter is a freshman (2008) at the University of South Florida. We have another daughter and son in high school and another daughter in preschool.
Our littlest one keeps us busy but we find time to enjoy fine wine and dinning, camping if the heat allows, water sports and supporting our NFL, MLB and NHL teams. We are supporters of the arts and community radio. Mark is a published author penning several short stories and working on a yet unfinished novel, thus my updating his blogs.
