Life
Hi Fam...! I'm a proud father of two children (Justin-15 & Jasmine-11) and currently reside in Tallahassee, Fl. After Weequahic, I enlisted in the Air Force. I relocated to Jacksonville, Fl for 2.5 years establishing my residency. Moved to Tallahassee and attended Florida A & M University, majoring in Chemical Engineering! Had some problems legally and ended up back in Jersey in E.O. in `91 when my son was born. Went to school in Baltimore County for three semesters then returned to Tallahassee. Met me a southern girl and had my baby girl in `96. I've over the years had my own business and tried the 9 to 5 thing. College

's to complete. Wish me luck and success as a student and a single dad! A senior at Florida State University....majoring in Exercise Science with Physical Therapy as my specialty....can't wait to graduate!!!!
Workplace
I am the Campus Recreation Supervisor and Wellness Program Coordinator for Tallahassee Community College's "Lifetime Sports Fitness and Wellness Program!" in Tallahassee, Fl. I oversee a staff of 2 certified trainers, 5 certified Group Fitness Instructors and 14 staff members. I supervise development of wellness programs for disabled students, traditional students, faculty and staff at the college. I am a certified chef and love to cook and eat from a healthy (heavy) plate. My love is in fitness and rehabilitation. I've been training for about 9 years now and do quite well business wise. I do Strength & Conditioning/Speed & Agility Training for college athletes...Team Sports Training and General Population weight loss!
