Jane's Story
It's been a long time space since graduation. After J.W. Cooper I took a job with Miners Bank in Shenandoah and, while employed there, got married for the first time. While there I decided to quit and adventure to spend a two-year respite to Gaeta, Italy and don't know how, for an 18-year-old, I even survived. ove and cherish the adventure for what it was. Many times I had done a sublet on my house In Italy in order to be able to travel to other parts of Europe. I would never have guessed that this would even be possible. Years pass and now I'm in Conyngham and was remarried. Conyngham is a peaceful, rural area where I can have a vegetable garden, know my neighbors (who, I have to say, don't interfere w/anyone's business) and just finish the end of my days. I truly miss my second husband who passed away the week before Christmas in 2010. He was my true heart-mate. I miss him terribly. It is hard going forward without him but I know this is something I have no choice in. I only hope all of you have had the same opportunities in life that I have had. We never know where our paths will lead us.
