Patti's Story
Well - I didn't end up getting that Music Education degree..or entering the field of music in any way shape or form. Guess that's no surpeise.
I dropped out of college to get married. We had two great daughters, who have been a joy and a blessing. Unfortunately, the marriage didn't hold together. So, long story short - I finished my degree while I worked. I've have been in IT for about 19 years now. Not sure how the musician in me switched to computers, but it fit.
I moved back to Michigan 16 years ago. We're been very involved in my home...Expand for more
church Parkview Baptist in Livonia. Many of the people I go to church with were in my youth group when I was at West. The Lord has really kept my little family. We are active in the deaf ministry, something I started to study in college and finally learned when my girls were old enough to learn with me.
I have 3 cats and a dog, all of which I would like to see move out with my adult children. Wait...did I say that? :-) Seriously...I'm not that eager to see the girls move out...but when they are ready - they can take their critters as well.
