Sandy's Story
Life
I finished High School at Bainbridge High on Bainbridge Island, Washington. Struggled for several years, but had some fun. Moved to Spokane, WA and established roots for the first time in my life. Married, divorced, single for many years and traveled to England, Malta, Canada & Mexico. Co-habitated for 6 yrs and had a son and 4yrs later was single again. Went to college as a single mom, graduated with an Assoc. degree in Business and raised my son on my own for 6yrs.
I met a wonderful man and married at 41 in 1997. He has a daughter from a previous marriage, so we managed a blended family and lived in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. Dodge and I moved back to Spokane 11/2005 after the kids moved on.
Randi, his 19yr old daughter, got married in 7/2005. Jason, my son graduated from High School June 2005 and decided to Join the Navy. He is off to boot camp June 6th,2006.

as moved from Pennslyvania back with her grandmother in Kelso, Washington. She is taking classes on line and trying to get her feet on the ground.
2007...Well, it is a new year and my life is definitely taking a new direction. My husband informed me a few months ago that he "did not want to be married and that he had met someone else" ! I was stunned and am going through all the ugly stuff that divorce brings out in people. Really big changes in my life have begun... I found a job that will support me living on my own. I am moved out of our brand new home that we just built in 2005, and I am beginning to remember who I am on my own.
I work full time for a large retail outfit. It supports me financially since thw big "D", but not sure If this my best carrer move. I love to go camping, travel(still) and garden in the summer. If I am not hybernating in the winter, I really like to snow ski.
The kids are grown and on their own and now I am on my own again. So here is to a new life and new beginnings.
