Life I had resided in the panhandle of Florida for 10 years and in 2002 moved to California but now I live in New Mexico (a part of the country I like to call hell) and in two months I will be moving once again to Japan for four years. Did you guess I am married to the military? As cool as some people think it is... it becomes difficult at times. I have a 10 yr old son Trevor and a 7 yr old daughter Ariana. I married in July 2000 to my husband Bryan who is active duty in the Air Force. We relocated two years ago (2006) from California where I worked for a multi-million dollar construction company as a cost accountant. We lived in the San Francisco area and it was cold and damp and everyone there is a liberal (love one another - but they are real quick to stab you in the back). I can't wait to get back to Florida one day. The Bay Area was beautiful though!! We now live in the desert in Alamogordo (Alamoghetto), New Mexico. I went from making 60K to making $10/hr. HOWEVER, the cost of living here is the same as California. So not worth the pain and headache, I opened my own business. My business services and repairs and installs swimming pools. In the off season, I am a full time teacher at the local high school and the student council advisor. Works out well actually. But now - we are moving once again (love the military).
