Currently, my husband, Todd, and I live in a suburb of St. Louis, Mo, with three pets who rule the roost: (1) Miss Bootsie Cat, our prissy tuxedo cat, (2) King Rupert Kitty, a white, obese, tomcat with a lazy crossed eye -- but, he's still the best "mouser" in town -- and (3) Mr. Levi, a lab/border collie mix who thinks he's a super hero. All he needs is a cape! My daughter, Sharon, is now a full-fledged teenager and a student at my alma mater, Nerinx Hall. She recently began living (almost) full-time with her father... It's a long story. Regardless, even though Sharon only stays with me one or two nights a week these days, we remain incredibly close. Life is NEVER dull! We enjoy our life a lot! :-) After a seven-year stint as a senior editor at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, I decided to go back to the exciting world of business analysis, instructional design, technical writing and training in September of 2005. I currently work at both client sites and from my home office, and despite the great Recession have remained booked full-time. Sometimes I juggle two and three clients at a time; but, in this uncertain world, I'll take that job security. Todd and I also have a part-time catering business.
