Sally's Story
I was born and raised in Houston from 1955-1971; lived in Portland, ME where I graduated from Deering High in 1973; went to The University of Texas in Austin 1973-78 and graduated with a BBA in Office Adminstration. I was also in the UT Longhorn Marching Band, which was a blast! I lived in Houston briefly and worked at Fulbright & Jaworski law firm. Married in Nov. 1978 and moved to Longview, TX. Had two wonderful sons, Billy (24 yrs.) and Scott (21 yrs). Billy and Scott are tall, handsome, young men and mean everything to me. Worked for Exxon Pipeline Co. for 10 years. 1990 and moved to Dallas. Worked at Exxon Mobil Corporation for 10 years. Remarried in 2001 to Lynn and we are very happily married and living in north Dallas. I met Lynn at EM where is was an executive. Lynn is retired now and I left work before we married. We love travelling together, and family is what's most important to us both. Lynn has a daughter and son by his first wife and 5 grandchildren. We are a large, close-knit family.
We still travel to Maine in the summers, where my parents bought a 'camp' in the Lucerne area 50 years ago this summer. We all love Maine in the summers, but are Texans at heart.
