Kelly's Story
Hey everyone! Just a quick catch up...
I married John Kuvakas (former Wendy’s boss) in early 1980, I moved with my new husband to the northern Virginia area for his work and life has been an adventure ever since! We have two grown children and two small grandchildren (whom I wish I could see more of but they’re way up in Vermont).
After a couple years doing administrative work for Avis Rent A Car a friend trained me to photograph weddings, events and high school seniors. I worked for Sonshine Pictures for close to 26 years. g a pastor’s wife but former customers tracked me down and I joyfully picked my camera up again, had business cards made with the name Kelly Kuvakas Photography. What a mouthful! At least it’s poetic in its syllable distribution!
This past Fall I once against hung my camera up to travel with my husband and then to help care for my mom.
Only God knows what the future holds but I’m grateful for this time now, regardless of where our lives go. God has proven Himself faithful to both me and my hubby, in fun times and in trying times, as He uses them to refine us and to teach us to be content in all things. <><
