John's Story
After high school, I went to South Carolina for college and then to Washington, D.C. where I did some graduate study and worked for about five years as a musician and teacher.
In 1990, I moved to West Jordan, UT, a suburb of Salt Lake where I currently manage the Training Dept. at Utah Transit's TRAX Light Rail Service.
I am also the Associate Pastor at Trinity Baptist Church in Riverton, Utah. I have never been married, nor do I have any children. I still sing and conduct music regularly....Expand for more
I was recently diagnosed with a condition called Cushing Syndrome, a rare noncommunicable glandular malfunction. Check Wikipedia for details. Hormone replacement is under way and I am doing much better.
I drive a GMC Sierra (the Cowboy Cadillac model) and I ride a Yamaha VStar as often as I can. I also enjoy shooting sports and boating. I often vacation on Medina Lake, Texas where my parents are building my retirement home (and theirs) and our transportation of choice is a 20 ft Crestliner.
