Cynthia's Story
Well lets see if I can share some stuff that might make sense to those who knew me or knows me. Well I was working before I left school, so after school I continued working the job that I was working. But those who know me know that I love softball. I played softball for about 30 years after school, playing with different teams. Got married when I was 19, which was way too young, haven't even had time to play. So you know it didnt last. Did construction work for a couple of years before going to work for Philadelphia Nationl Bank which is now Corestates/Wachovia for about 14 years. After leaving there I worked for Advanced Career Training School for 2 years but still wasn't satified. Left ACT and started working with Pitney Bowes. Worked for Pitney Bowes until 2002 when I left due to getting hurt really bad. After that did a lot of trips to the hospital having surgeries. Two on my hands for Bi-Lateral CTS, surgery to my neck C6-C7) fused together. But that did help. 2003 Suffered 3rf degree burns on my legs and hat to learn how to walk again. gia, got figure. Because of the injuries that was received from Pitney Bowes I can no longer work a full time job. So was working part time for MedImmune Inc. While working with MedImmune need to have surgery to my spine again otherwise I would be paralized. So August 2008 had a 6 1/2 surgery to help stop that from happening. I have two large titanum plates and 10 screws in my neck now. Have to carry a card around with my for airports and jury duty just in case the machines start going crazy when i am standing near them, lol I am on Medicare and hve been since 2003 but still looking to get back into part work. Stopped working part time in January of 2009. I take a ton of medications to make it to the next day, But I have God in my life so even without the meds I know that every thing is over. Getting ready to go back to New Life Bible Institute to finish my last 2 year. Already did 2 years. Faithful church goer and love it. My chuch just in case anyone is interested its located at Daulphin and Carlile street. New Psamlist Baptist Chuch. Where the table is spread and the feast of the Lord is going on, where you will find a fountain that is never dry.
