Debra's Story
Can anyone believe how fast time flies? Oscar and I would have been married 40 years on our
next anniversary. Sadly, he passed on July 12, 2011. I never thought I'd be a single
woman at this age. Life is full of surprises, is it not? I imagine I'll find a few ways to
enjoy all the free time I have now, as I took my state retirement (...Expand for more
early) to enjoy life while I am
still able. With our three 30-something kids scattered about the country, there's plenty to do.
Unfortunately, we never got grandchildren to carry on our legacy. That's not saying, however,
that life cant be enjoyed to the full. Hope everyone is doing well. It would be nice to hear
from ya'll.
