I came to Wal-Mart about five years ago. I figured that being a big company I could start on the bottom and work my way up to a manager or at least some sort of supervisor and have security.
WRONG! Five years later, I'm still a class 4 associate.
Talk about dead-end! Evidently, my previous experience...Expand for more
as a manager, supervisor, merchandiser etc. means nothing at Wal-Mart. Most of the management don't even know my background! I could've got farther ahead bagging groceries. I plan on taking the next Market Managers or ditch digging job that comes my way.
Now I'm a Produce Manager with Food Lion #2136 of Newnan.
