Paul's Story
Well, I went to grade school in San Francisco, returned to my birthplace, Akron, Ohio for the 6-7-8th grades and part of the 9th. My life in and around Akron was dysfunctional, to say the least.
I returned to California via 7 years in Los Angeles where I attended a community college, obtained a substance abuse certificate,and worked 4 years in a private acute psychiatric hospital then nursing school and was amedication nurse after which I moved to San Francisco. 28 years as a LVN and Clinic Manager for a Multipurpose Senior Services Agency.. Primary Care, Case Manaagement, Substance Abuse and Meal site in San Francisco's Tenderloin district.
I had a 12 year relationship with a special lady until her recent death.
Since I retired I've had a knee replacement and abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and now I'm having trouble walking due to a fractured spine.
If there is anyone still around that I knew in Akron I wish a healthy future. Smile
