Bryan's Story
Life
Well, after graduating from High School I attended UNM in the fall of 2000 and got a job at Toys "R" Us in 2001. My job at Toys "R" Us was awesome, aside from the fact that most of my checks weren't leaving the store...LOL! Undecided with what to do with my major, I plowed through all of my core classes, and it wasn't until my junior year that I declared my major for criminology. By my senior year, however, I found the criminology department at UNM very discouraging and my focus for my future had changed. By July of 2004 I was promoted to a management position known as the R-Zone World Leader for Toys "R" Us, where I gained valuable management experience. And, by summer of 2005, I graduated from college with a BA in Criminology.
As for the future, I will be going on vacation on June 18th to Busch Gardens in Virginia and then the life changing decision making begins. I now will be joining a service, most likely the NAVY, to earn more college money and to try new things. When I get out I plan on persueing a degree in Marine Biology at USD and eventually shoot for my dream career at Sea World as an animal life rescue member.
