Life
Hi to all former Ramona Rams! I'm Karen Kaigh, now Karen Korn! I moved out of Riverside in 1973 after 2 years at RCC, and transferred to UC-Davis with my friend, Sandy Messner. Graduated from there in 1975 with a degree in psychology, got married two weeks after graduation to Eric, whom I had met while still in Riverside. He went to work as an engineer at Getty Oil in Ventura, so we lived at the beautiful beach for 2 years. adopted two wonderful kids: Evan is now 23 and Brittany is now 20. I work at the school at Juvenile Hall as their school counselor, and I love it! Attended our 10,15,20,30. and 35 year reunion plus the cruise five years ago. Current challenges include being a single mom with two college aged kids- gulp! And as part of the sandwich generation, I am dealing with an elderly parent who needs my help. Just got my kids on their way, and now it's time to parent my parent. She's worth it though! Remember high school fondly, but wouldn't want to go back! GO RAMONA!
