Deborah's Story
Life
After teaching in Bluefield for 25 years, I had enough. I became the Director of Environmental Education at Virginia's Explore Park,and when that started to be too much like teaching, I left for VPI where I worked at the College of Veterinary Medicine. I have now retired to my horses and Aussies and spend as much time as possible on the Eastern Shore of VA. We are building a retirement home there and will be moving when Jack retires in 1 Yr. bright young lady from Mongolia. They have 2 children...can you believe I have grandchildren??? a boy 2 and a girl 4yo. They live in NJ, but work in NYC where Matthew works as a software designer/computer programmer and Bindy has returned to graduate svhool. Ashley, my only daughter, now 20, lives in MD. She was married to Mr. Josh Rodeheaver Summer of 2006 and they are expecting a baby girl in late Oct.!!! MY 3rd!! I spend most of my time in Blacksburg, but now also spend quite a bit at our new house (nearly finished) on the Eastern Shore of VA. Hope to have a reunion some time ...it would be so nice to see everyone!!
